Developing great mobility solutions to improve people's lifestyle is our passion. The creative team behind Inspire-Tech saw some gaps in the real estate industry and would like to address it with our vision of an interactive real estate eco-system.

• THE PROBLEM: Today, real estate agents’ work flow is fragmented, with semi-automation and many manual and duplication processes. Information is outdated on web portals because agents do not have time to delist it. Agents forget buyers' requirement because there is no structured way to help them organise. They are dealing with the most important investment of their client's life and empowering them with the most effective tools becomes our mission.
   
• THE SOLUTION: The goal of ProxiHomes is to integrate the whole property dealing process into an interactive and intuitive mobile market place, empowering agents with location based information, instant property marketing platforms to allow faster interactions amongst agents and their potential buyers. We aim to please both real estate agents and their buyers by creating a vibrant market place with exciting interaction and constant updates.
